JOBELLE HARRIS, Owner & Head Planner

Hi! I'm Jobelle Harris, the woman behind Belle Events! I am the owner and Lead Planner/Coordinator. I am certified wedding and event planner through Certified Wedding Planner (CWP) Society, formerly known as The Bridal Society, the country's largest and leading wedding planning certification program. I also hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Services through Old Dominion University. I am licensed and insured to operate business in the Hampton Roads area in Virginia.


I always knew that I loved planning and especially loved decorating events and I grew up always helping out at my family and friend’s parties. I enjoyed every aspect of what went along with planning a party; in fact, I enjoyed it so much that I planned and designed my entire wedding. And it was a success! My friends and family would always ask for my advice on planning, ask me to do decorations, ask me to make something, or to plan their entire party. They always said I did great at it and told me that’s what I should do with my life. So, I finally did! In 2018, I started my own event planning business – Belle Events. Belle Events allows me to help clients not only create their vision of their event but also execute them.

I love sharing valuable tips and resources to attain your goal of having an event to remember by your families and friends. I am dedicated to serving budget brides and clients who are planning an event on tight budgets. I utilize the technology a lot and I work mobile that makes my services that I offer very affordable. As a member of The CWP Society, I take various Wedding Webinars & Workshops to stay on top of all the new trends. I strive to plan and manage events that are memorable, stress free, and one-of-a-kind, like my clients.​

We love managing your event from décor set-up and take down to making sure your guestbook will be signed by your guests and your favors will be given away while you are relaxed and enjoying your day.
